This policy describes how Amoris (an app made by SimplePiece, "we") handles the information of the people who use it.
Amoris is designed to work offline, with all data kept only on your device. We don't have a server, we don't ask for an account, login, or email to use the app, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone.
When you use Amoris, you enter and the app stores locally on your device:
This data never leaves your device — there's no sync, cloud backup, or transmission to any server of ours or of a third party. If you uninstall the app or use the "Delete all data" option in Settings, that information is permanently erased and we have no way to recover it.
If you allow it, Amoris schedules local notifications (reminders for special dates) directly on your device, using the native iOS/Android notification system. These notifications are generated and fired locally — they never go through any server of ours.
On iOS, Amoris may show the system's standard prompt asking for permission to track you across apps (App Tracking Transparency). Today the app is not connected to any advertising or analytics tool that uses this identifier — the permission, when requested, is asked preventively for a possible future product improvement, and declining it doesn't limit any feature of the app.
When you use the share button (to generate an image with your time together or a timeline event), Amoris creates that image only locally on your device and opens the operating system's native share sheet. You choose where to send it — the app doesn't send anything automatically.
Amoris doesn't have its own backend in this version. We don't collect, store, or remotely process names, dates, notes, or any other content you enter in the app.
Amoris isn't directed at children and doesn't intentionally collect data from minors.
Since all data stays on your device, you have full control over it at any time: you can edit it, export it (Settings → Data), or delete it completely (Settings → Delete all data).
We may update this policy if the app gains new features (for example, cloud sync or user accounts in the future). If that happens, we'll notify you inside the app and update the date at the top of this document.
